What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy on all items. Products must be in original condition and packaging. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If this happens, please contact our customer service team, using the Contact Us form below. We will need your order number (#1245), a photo of the defective item and a description of the issue.
Can I cancel my order?
Sadly we are not able to cancel/edit any orders once they have been paid. However you can exchange or return any item.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Once orders have been fulfilled we can not make any changes to your address. If you made a mistake, or the delivery was unsuccesful, please let us know. We can resend your parcel when it returns to our warehouse. Please note additional shipping fees will apply.
When will my order arrive?
Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 days. We are an independent publisher who accepts preorders, so in the event of a stock out, this may be delayed upward of two weeks until stock is available. Thank you for understanding.
Australian: Standard 2 to 8 business days
Rest of World: Standard International: 6 to 27 business days.
